Categories: CybersecurityNorth Dakota State Chief Information Officer Shawn Riley today announced additional state governments have signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) to join the Joint-Cybersecurity Operations Command Center (J-CSOC), nearing a total of 20% of states in the nation agreeing to participate in this endeavor. The J-CSOC, founded by North Dakota, is the first in the country to establish, facilitate and accommodate direct state-to-state sharing of cyber threat intelligence.

Categories: CybersecurityThe North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) department today announced that the Multistate-Information Sharing & Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) playbook is available on the Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR Marketplace, the industry’s largest and most comprehensive security orchestration marketplace. The content pack from NDIT on Cortex XSOAR’s Marketplace provides customers with the ability to fetch MS-ISAC events and alert details. North Dakota is the first state to have a playbook published in the Cortex XSOAR Marketplace.

Fort Yates Middle School educators and administration are implementing many facets into this event, to include career awareness focused on computer science and cybersecurity and emphasize Indigenous connections to the topics.
