To obtain Software Licenses for NDIT Standard Software package(s) or request a software purchase for licensing not currently offered.
What do you get with the service?
The NDIT End User Computer and Collaboration (EUCC) Team provides installation and configuration of common software applications, agency specific applications and the troubleshooting of application issues (some applications are supported by the application support team). We also assist agencies in obtaining software licensing for standard applications such as Adobe Pro, Creative Cloud, Project & Visio, and for non standard applications the agency may need to acquire.
Standard Packages: (existing licensing for these applications are controlled by Active Directory groups that are added to nd.gov user accounts)

Single Creative Cloud Apps can be licenses individually:

How do I request service:
NDIT’s Self Service Portal may be used to submit an “Desktop Support- Software" service request to obtain software licenses.
To request purchase of a nonstandard software application or license please choose “other” and fill out the "Comments" section with as much information as possible. Software package, Business Need, Cost, purchase website, number of licenses required and any pertinent attachments.
