This service includes phones, accessories, mobile hotspots.
What do you get with the service?
AT&T or Verizon are the service providers. It is up to each agency which provider is used.
Phone plans:
- Smart Phone - Includes data package (internet, email, etc.)
- Basic Phone - Call and text only
How do you request service?
NDIT’s Self Service Portal may be used to submit an “Cellular Devices” service request.
Billing:
Mobile Hotspot is a $5 add on.
Accessories can be purchased through NDIT and will be billed at their purchase price to the agency.
